Jen at the desk was fantastic!!! She was able to give me an early check in on a sold out night and a late check out due to my daughter’s graduation starting at two. Whom ever worked over night was great also. The room next to me was making a lot of noise and moments later I herd their phone ring!!! She was on it asap!!!. Great stay, clean room, wonderful staff. I would stay again if ever in the area.

How can I get refunded?? I booked 2nights , could only use one , online booking said changes to schedule to made through hotel office. I notified them via email. They only charged one night but booking dtill took money for 2nights. Hotel said refunds through booking.. booking says contact hotel .. is this a scam?

Our room was comfortable and clean. We were very pleased that because they had overbooked for the night, we were upgraded to a very nice suite. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was average. My son and I liked the pool. My wife was very happy with the cleanliness of the room.
