We were very impressed with the room and the amenities. The room and bathroom were very spacious. I was impressed with the products provided in the bathroom (good-sized bottles of brand named shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap) but a little disappointed to find them mostly empty. We were only staying one night and packed our own stuff, so it didn't really matter. I'm sure they would have filled them if requested! Otherwise, it was great. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable!

Limited breakfast but ok. Clean hotel with a modern looking lobby. Easy access, close to restaurants. Train track just feet from hotel but possibly not a regularly used line.

The hotel was noticeably clean. Smelled Clean, Looked Clean. Rooms were in excellent shape.

Jen at the desk was fantastic!!! She was able to give me an early check in on a sold out night and a late check out due to my daughter’s graduation starting at two. Whom ever worked over night was great also. The room next to me was making a lot of noise and moments later I herd their phone ring!!! She was on it asap!!!. Great stay, clean room, wonderful staff. I would stay again if ever in the area.

How can I get refunded?? I booked 2nights , could only use one , online booking said changes to schedule to made through hotel office. I notified them via email. They only charged one night but booking dtill took money for 2nights. Hotel said refunds through booking.. booking says contact hotel .. is this a scam?
